Chris at Dovetail Kitchen Designs is a true professional and has the unique ability to take a clients vision and make it a reality. The process of selecting products that went into our cabin remodel was quite overwhelming for my wife and I but with Chris’ process and expertise we were able to give him our ideas and he was able to narrow down our selections and make them more manageable. He took the burden off of us and presented us with alternatives that fit our vision. We were able to make selections in a timely manner and on budget. In the end, his expertise was invaluable to us and we have a completely renovated cabin that is exactly the vision we had in our heads when we began the project. We have worked with Dovetail Kitchen Designs twice this past year. We met with Chris at our house and gave him some of our ideas on what we would like to see. Chris came back the following week with 2 different designs, the first was a layout that my wife and i had discussed with him (our idea) and looked pretty good, until he pulled out the second design and hit a GRAND SLAM. (White and cherry cabinets, tile floor, huge island, granite counter tops, lighting under and in the cabinets, glass tile back splash, fireplace and it all flows so well) We have been living in the space he created for about a year and still can’t believe the before and after results!  Calling Dovetail Kitchen Designs was the best decision we made before starting our project. We appreciated Chris’ professionalism and creative ideas. He asked good questions on the front end of our project about what we wanted from our kitchen space, which caused us to think about things we hadn’t on our own. He shared insights with us he had from previous projects. These things enabled us to get to the end of our project without any “oh, we wish we would haves…”, and truly loving our new kitchen (countertops, appliances, sink, hardware).
